Brian Antuar

Started making frames in 1997 from old fence palings and saw the demand for products made for salvaged/recycled matirials. Also as I met people involved in the industry I saw the amount of scrap timber burnt that could be used for smaller items.

I use timber from old furniture, scraps and offcuts from other crafts people and some timber salvaged from old logging coups before it is burnt and before replanting.

I attend Salamanca Market nearly every Saturday on the Hobart waterfront. As well as selling frames I have Japanese chopsticks and salad hands.

Items are also made to your orders. Please contact
